It is also one of the tourism resources of Mie Prefecture, and has a history of more than 1,000 years in Ise West Country.
Currently, a movement has begun to register it as a Japan Heritage Site (Agency for Cultural Affairs). It has a history of more than 1,000 years and is about to be upgraded to a Japan-wide heritage called Japan Heritage, a national district. Although the pilgrimage to Shikoku is famous, I think it is natural for barriers to appear on the pilgrimage when walking around, if you are living with sadness such as the loss of a family member or the hesitation of life. There are many ways to solve barriers, but the relationship through pilgrimage heals the heart. Sometimes the idea is positive, which is also the culture of pilgrimage that has lasted for more than a thousand years. Psychologists and others also have scattered academic research on the effects of pilgrimage (the effect of walking through prayer). The pilgrimage to Shikoku is actively engaged in movement and research toward World Heritage registration. We would like the person concerned to be interested in the effect of the pilgrimage first of all, and to gain experience through experience, such as whether it suits him or not, and what kind of people he can expect to see the effect, and to have another yardstick. In other words, I think it can be said to be a type of psychotherapy. I think that the effect can be expected if the conditions are met, such as the right person, time, place, etc. I would like you to experience it through experience. I hope that pilgrimage will be an opportunity to accumulate evidence on psychotherapy, and that mental health and welfare will develop. I also referred to the research on pilgrimage at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. I would like to do the act of reading sutras during the pilgrimage in the experience session. If you have any problems, please visit. It is also a public relations activity for Japan Heritage, and I would like to hold this experience session with mental health at the forefront. And while making a pilgrimage,(Yes)With the cooperation of Wellnet 21's volunteers, we will guide you. We are planning so that people from outside the prefecture can enjoy it. We look forward to your participation.
